Thanks to everyone who made our annual Race Night such a great success.  Thanks to our host Ethel Miley and to Norman our Compère who was as usual the consummate professional and to Lorcan Clarke who skilfully managed the auction race.

3K was bid on the auction and the lucky winner this year was Suzanne Walsh and in second place was Chris Smyth, taking home a cool €1K and €500 respectively. Well done to all.

In summary, the Club managed to raise roughly €9K for the Club House Construction Project which is amazing.  Well done.

Club House Update

Local Pat Nolan of Lakeside Window Systems will be onsite the first week of November to install the windows and doors, so, we are still on schedule for a January finish…after the doors and windows, electrics, plumbing and plastering…on the home straight now…
