Familiar Names Mentioned in the Wicklow People –1990 Senior Championship Lakeside vs Dunlavin
Kieron Kenny pulls together some Group Team history in Wicklow GAA from way back, which was profiled in the Wicklow People a couple of weeks ago, and here is a gem from 1990 – Lakeside which consisted of players from Kilbride, Valleymount and Lacken who shocked Dunlavin in the Senior Championship and were beaten by St. Pats of Wicklow town in the next round.
